Mike and Pinewood replaced my rotting wood balcony with a nice trex decking. They also replaced the flat roof underneath, along with a separate roof leak. Roger and Rabbit on the crew were great, quick clean and efficient. Will be using Pinewood for all my future renovations.

Pinewood (Mike) came highly recommended by my neighbor who used him for a roofing project. This helped us decide to hire him over a specialized company for impact doors and windows. I am very impressed by the quality of his workers, his service, efficiency and communication. When faced with problems (such as errors with the order), he was proactive in finding a solution. He made sure to respect our tight deadline and the work delivered was impeccable. Even the inspector commented on the excellent quality of the work. I can’t say enough good things about Mike. Pinewood Construction just completed replacing my roof. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Mike, the owner delivered everything and more than he promised. The crew was the most professional and worked amazingly well with each other to make the job neat, clean and very concerned about not damaging the grounds and plants around our home. They were  proud of their work and it shows. The job was completed in less time than I expected and my house looks like it was just built. The best way to describe Pinewood Construction is total EXCELLENCE !!  From the initial phone call to the completion of my project every step was smooth and organized. The quality and professionalism displayed throughout my project will always shine in my memory.  I had a roof addition to my back patio and once constructed had the roof replaced. Mike communicated all details necessary and was always willing to answer any crazy question I threw his way. His crew is amazing and I appreciate the attention to detail given that made the finishing touches to my patio extra beautiful. In addition to his crew the electrician, stucco, roofers and painters were by far wonderful at what they do.  Mike reassured me throughout the whole messy process that all will be taken care of and he truly kept his word. Pinewood is ONLY company I will contact for my future home projects. Pinewood Construction did a complete roof installation on my circa 1994 Lake Worth home.  Everything about this job was handled with perfection.  The tear down was accomplished by a very neat, professional crew.  The roofing tiles were delivered, and in a few days installed by an expert, professional crew.  The crew finished the installation in one day on a 2300 sq ft house. They left the property at the end of that day in better than new condition.  I actually was amazed. Mike and his team just completed my roof last week.  And I couldn't be happier.  I went from a 25 year old tile roof to shingles.  They tore the roof off and made my house water safe in ONE DAY!  Reinstall started the next day and they were done on day 4.  Inspection was done on day 5.  I could not believe that in 5 days the whole thing was done...  They also handled the permit, which in Wellington took less than a week.  All in all Mike and his team were timely with everything, affordable, professional, and left my property like they found it.  I don't often write reviews, but I had a WOW experience and wanted to share so others can benefit.
